Hosted at Glasgow\u2019s voco Grand Central Hotel, the awards brought together social entrepreneurs, community leaders, and policymakers to celebrate innovation and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year marked the 15th anniversary of the awards, with record entries showcasing the creativity and resilience of Scotland\u2019s purpose-driven businesses. Keynote speaker First Minister John Swinney MSP praised the sector, noting its \u00a34 billion annual income, 90,000 jobs, and \u00a38 billion net worth. He highlighted the government\u2019s continued support for social enterprises with over \u00a36 million funding in 2025\u201326.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winners included BRAG Enterprises (Social Enterprise of the Year), Re_Store Oban (One to Watch Award), The Highland Weigh (Environmental Social Enterprise Award), and Proud Futures (Diversity, Inclusion &amp; Justice Award). Other awards went to Include Me 2 Club SCIO, DataKirk, B\u00f9th Bharraugh, ESES Communities, Scran Academy, Charles Woodward, and Kanzen for Life (People\u2019s Choice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Social Innovation Challenge awarded \u00a350,000 to Thrive East Lothian CIC, with Kinlochleven Climbing CIC and Shore Psychology CIC each receiving \u00a325,000.
